• Every business is required by law to have a Safety Statement
• Every business is legally obliged to base that on a written Risk Assessment

Fire; Electrical Safety; Manual Handling; Slips, Trips, Falls; Hazardous Materials;

Specific to the bars/restaurant sector are risks like ;

Lounge / kitchen operations . Risk of violence etc
