We use a number of web-based methods to ensure that support is always rapidly available.

Remote Support : ITSS uses a product called TeamViewer . It provides remote control over an Internet connection, is exceptionally easy to use. It is highly secure, in that the on-line remote session is only granted by your permission .

On very rare occasions, your IT support may need to connect to File Repairs to recover after e.g. server crash ,

ITSS applications require some Run-Time Components . Normally they are delivered with the application , but may some-times need to be re-installed .
